The meeting was called to order at 4:07 PM. Robin motioned and Helen made the 2 nd.
TREASURER REPORT
Maxine reported that we had $8821.46 in the bank. We received payment from the Republicans for 2 functions. Max paid Bailey Propane $487.90 for the last 2 fill ups. We brought in $1787.88 at the Memorial Day Breakfast. The expences were $212.00 for the ham. There were an estimated $500 more in expenses which had not yet been turned in so it was estimated that JCCA cleared about $1050.00. There were 12 new memberships.

OLD BUSINESS
Scheduling of building in June – All Saturdays in June were booked.
Grace Church will have their dedication June 27 th at their new church. They will be out of the Center by the 19 th.
The Democrats meet Sun the 6 th; Friends of the NRA meet June 30 th; the Jefferson Church Ice Cream Social will be on the 27 th.
The banner – Helen suggested hanging the banner below the window in the back away from the wind.
Painting the building – This will possibly be done in August. We haven’t heard from the lady organizing a crew from the prison.
It was decided to table for now using a simple bookkeeping system.
It was discussed and decided that we would continue to have the cinnamon rolls and frit at the upcoming breakfasts. Also there was discussion of making sure volunteers at the breakfasts are thanked. We need to recruit more volunteers for the July Breakfast. Also there needs to be more bowls for the fruit and we will need to buy small paper plates and storage bags. Also, Helen said we need white skirts for the serving tables.
We will set up on July 2 at 4:00 for the July 4 th breakfast. Clay and Dave will get the food.
NEW BUSINESS
There may be a wedding at the same time the Lost Park HOA meets so they will reschedule for Aug 14 th. The Christiansen wedding will be Aug 6.
